Licensed Media Pack

In the event that you purchase a licensed copy (electronic) of the Crystal Reports product family, you will receive an email direct from SAP Business Objects (the software manufacturer) which will contain your license activation key code.  PLEASE RETAIN THIS.

This will be followed by a Media Pack, which will be sent in the post containing the software CDs from SAP Business Objects.

However, should you need to use the software straight away, upon request DSCallards can provide an interim evaluation key which can be used while awaiting notification from SAP.

Please therefore ensure that the email address provided is valid and that your organisation will allow the download email to come through its firewall.

Boxed Copies

The Crystal Reports products that are physical boxed products will require shipping. We hold stock and in most cases products are available on next day delivery.

For insurance requirements we use a courier service so all packages will require a signature on delivery.

As soon as an order ships from our warehouse an email will be sent with tracking reference and a delivery date.

In keeping with software industry standards, we will gladly accept returns of packaged software within 30 days of purchase in unopened packaging only.
